We seek project management staff and engineers within most disciplines, with a preference for candidates with prior experience from the oil and gas industry. However, this is not a prerequisite for all positions if you have other relevant experience. We are looking for people who enjoy working in a dynamic, non-bureaucratic environment where individuals take responsibility and are recognized for their performance.

I have a Bachelor in Construction from KH Kempen University-College in Belgium.
What are your career aspirations?
My career plan is to develop myself in structural design and move into Project Management.

Norway is a great country and people here understand and speak English.

What do you enjoy the most about working for BGR?
I like my work at Rosenberg and people here are nice and very cooperative. Norwegian people are easy and straightforward.
Where and what did you study?
I am a Chemical Engineer from URU University in Venezuela and I have a Master degree in Environmental Offshore Technology from UiS in Stavanger.
What are your career aspirations?
I work as a Process Engineer, but my plan is to be an Advisor in Process discipline for projects.
What do you find most challenging about living in Norway?
The most challenging about Norway is the unstable weather.

It was easy to settle in Norway, but it is difficult to be away from my family.

I enjoy working for Rosenberg, and like to be a part of a team. There are new challenges in my job every day and I constantly learn new things.
